| The facility is indoors & well maintained, so attendance is guaranteed rain or shine! Tables are 8ft long and provided for you. They are covered, leaving you room to store extras underneath. Electrical outlets are nearby as well as internet access. Just let us know in advance and we will make sure you have what you need to function properly. No need to pack up each night, the vendors room will be locked up each and every night in it's secure location. We will be advertising your participation, and encourage you to do so as well. Have a website? We will link that to ours also. Feel free to share your space with a friend. Know someone else who would like to be a vendor? Then please feel free to share your space & cost with them. We do ask that both of you donate to our auction. Are you a Historical Society offering books and material for sale? Then your space will be provided free of charge!! | **NEW this year!! If you have written a family book/genealogy or offer a genealogy related service and plan on attending the 2008 conference, then you are free to sell these items at our conference from you own space at no additional charge. Guidelines to do this are as follows: 1. You must be registered to attend the 2008 conference. 2. Items for sale are subject to pre-approval and can be done so by contacting the vendors coordinator using the information above. 3. If you need additional space to sell, we will gladly provide it. Space is limited and is to be assigned to you based on your requirements by the Vendors Coordinator & the Planning Committee. 4. If you require more space then the preapproved allocated amount then fees will apply to you as they do to commercial vendors at a rate of $10 per additional table. |
